Cha Seongtae, rumored to be the most cunning man in Ilyang prefecture[1], was the manager of the Plum Blossom Pavilion but is now serving Lee Jaha as the General Secretary of the Low-Down Sect.
Described as handsome, has white hair and yellow eyes (I am not sure if one works though. But you can't deny he looked stunning in the eyepatch!) and is in relatively good shape. Has two moles on the left side of his chin and always wears nice clothing.
Personality[]
He is shrewd and loves money, has questionable morals. Loves praise. Like his master, Seongtae is an expert in running his mouth to the point that he suppresses Jaha's own wit and tends to be very sarcastic. He has a tendency to hate people who are stronger than him as he isn't afraid to confront them regardless of his own strength.
Background[]
Seongtae used to work in the Plum Blossom Pavilion and knew Lee Jaha in his past life as an errand boy. Most likely grew up low/middle class seeing as he said he learned his fighting techniques on his own and had no master to teach him, which shows as he has poor fighting skills- but can most certainly run his mouth!
Trivia[]
Seongtae was once used as an insult by Jaha on the remaining members of the Cloudburst Clan.[2]
